"Fast Track" Childbirth Class
One evening class, which includes a tour of the Maternity Unit, question and answer period, overview of the specifics of delivering at MCH and brief breathing and relaxation exercises.

New Parent and Baby Care Class
Hands-on baby care, visit with a pediatrician, and information about new mother care.

Breastfeeding Your Baby
Advantages of breastfeeding, how breasts make milk, how to nurse a baby, pumping and going back to work, breast pumps, milk supply, and how to avoid problems.

Big Brother and Big Sister
A fun one morning class for children who are soon to be big brother or sister; learn about new babies, tour the Maternity Unit and make a birthday card for the new baby.

Nursing Mothers Group
Learn about the benefits of breast feeding for both babies and mothers, how to avoid problems, pumping and going back to work. The group meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month from 10:00 am to noon at the Monadnock Community Hospital Conference Room 1 & 2.
Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group
A safe place to talk and share, for anyone who has experienced a pregnancy loss, still birth or infant death. This group is held the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 6:30 - 8:00pm.
Prenatal Aquatics
Fun pool exercises for pregnant women, held on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:15pm.
Wellness Classes
Held at The Bond Wellness Center, these classes offer new moms a unique program to help know the body and stay healthy. Call the Wellness Center at 924-4650 for more information.
